Hi!! Can you see the words on a flag in the picture?? There are words "Higashi no Michi Sakusen" is written in Japanse. This flags are put around my flat. "Higashi" is my family name. "Higashi" means east in English. When I found this flag, I wondered the strategy of my street.:D But I watch this flag carefully, there are words of safety and so on. So I can find that this flag is concerned with crime prevention for elementary and secondary students. It was good that the problem was solved.:)
