August 5: CPR & AED

Hi!!
Do you know CPR and AED? Answer is Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated external defibrillator. I an going to work a part-time job as a watchman of a swimming pool, so other people and I went to Kamikuma fire station to learn how to do CPR and AED. I have learned CPR when I was a junior high school student, but I don't know how to use AED. We learned by firefighters. First, we listened what they talked, after that firefighters modeled. We did CPR and AED each of us. I kept in my mind. This was a good opportunity for me.

August 3: My favorite

Hi!!
They are my favorite snacks on a picture.The right thing is Kopan. It is the flavor of maple syrup. I like food of flavor of maple syrup very much. It is only 1$, very cheap and delicious. The left thing is Tsubutsubu-orange juice. This exsists from the old days. This juice contains the flesh of oranges. I like fruits juice which are containing the flesh of fruits and 100% frome fruits. Maybe, they are good for health. I like them very much. Please check it out.

August 2: Shopping

Hi!!
My younger sister came to my house fromAugust 1. So we went shopping by bus in Kumamoto city. It was very hot today. First, we ate lunch at Mac. They were delicious, I like it. I eat there when I come to Kumamoto city. We talked for a while there. Next, we went to buy clothes to stores. They had a summer sale, so clothes were very cheap. I had a good shopping. After that, we wandered, but we had nothing to do, so went home by streetcar. After we got to my house, we made ourselves at home. I wrote a report, so my sister cooked dinner. It was delicious. We had a good time.
