September 6: Friends

Hi!!

I met my friends today. First, I met Yumi, Chinami and Haruka at Hitoyoshi. We are from Yunomae. Haruka has a child and she is expecting, so we enjoyed talking in a shop. Yumeha-chan who is her child is so cute, and she was attached to us soon. Yumi, Chinami and I gave her a present as a wedding gift. We enjoyed still 17 o'clock. After that, I worked a part-time job at B&G, so we went back to Yunomae. I finished working at 21 o'clock. Next, Yumi, Chinami, Yuka, Michita, Masanori and I went to eat dinner at Joyfull restaurant. They are also from Yunomae. We moved to the restaurant by a car driving Yuka, and we ate dinner there. It was delicious. Girls ate each dessert. We really enjoyed talking. Now all of us live in different place, so it was really fun. I couldn't help laughing. We who are 6 people from Yunomae came together only and we really enjoyed. So if all the classmates from Yunomae come together, I think that is absolutely fun. Maybe all of us will be able to come together in Yunomae at a coming-of-age celebration, so I am looking forward to it. We ate dinner and enjoyed talking. After that, we went back home at midnight. Next time, we are going to do sparklers. I had a good time.

September 5: A cultural festival & a long-sleeved kimono

Hello!!

Today a cultural festival was held at Hitoyoshi high school. My younger sister is a student there, so my mother and I came to school. I am a graduate of Hitoyoshi high school. My sister's class held a balloon art class. There were a lot of balloons. A arch, Oh-totoro, Syoh-totoro and dogs were made of balloons. They were very cute. All the students came up with various ideas each them. There I met my teacher when I was in the third year of high school after a long time. We enjoyed talking a little. After that, I went to Teshigoto to buy kimono for a coming-of-age celebration. I wore various kimono there. Red, pink, light-blue, blue, deepgreen, yellow, black and so on. My mother, her friends and a owner chose kimono saying looks good or not. They were very funny. Sometimes we tried kimono on, but I had to decide which kimono. In the end, I decided yelllow one. The kimono is one with a floral pattern and the hem is black color. I could not decide deepgreen or yellow. But I think yellow one became me. A coming-of-age celebration will be held at the begining of January, so I have to lose weigh. And I have to decide a hairstyle for that day. I am very excited.

September 5: Tokumaru

Hi!!

Tokumaru is a restaurant in the local town Yunomae. I worked there for about 1 month of August. The recommendations is noodles stewed with meat and vegetables "Chanpon" and "kinoko-meshi" in Japanese. Dishes are very reasonable. and delicious. I have worked there during last spring vacation. But they renewed the restaurant. I had trouble to put plates and dishes in order. And I gave employees troubles. But they were very kind, so we enjoyed talking. It was very fun. I worked almost every day from 11:30 to 5:30. We were very busy working during the Bon festival. Customers seemed to be about a few handreds people in a day. So we didn't eat lunch at all. I always accepted orders, watched dishes, washed rice, clean up and so on. I was very busy. One day, I washed all the dishes by myself. Maybe, dishes were for a few handreds. Still I went to bed, my fingers looked all puckered. In addition, I don't forget that meals were delicious. One emploee made meals for lunch every time. I ate Chanpon, Donburi, noodles, fried rice and so on. I like fried rice the best. I asked her to cook the fried rice. I try to cook next time. During August, I learned many things and had a good experience. They who work at Tokumaru are very kind and funny, so I thought I want to work at the local place. I worked hard, so I drew a high salary. I will save the money and use for my life at KGU.
